Housing Compliance Source provides compliance training and guidance to housing providers and partners participating in federal and state multi-family programs in Arkansas.

President Rhonda Kimble worked for the Arkansas Development Finance Authority for 35 years. Starting in 1976, Rhonda has worked her way throughout Arkansas Development Finance Authority (ADFA) in the Multi-Family, Single-Family, Accounting, Administration, HOME and the Compliance departments. She found her niche in housing compliance and worked as a Compliance Specialist/Auditor, Trainer and Compliance Manager. Rhonda has received professional certifications as a certified HOME Specialist, Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), Spectum c11p and Rural Development STAR and also serves on the State of Arkansas Housing Trust Fund Advisory Board.

A cancer survivor/thriver, she retired from ADFA in 2013 to spend time with her family. Her love for people around the state and many housing providers committed to excellence confirmed her passion for the housing industry. “When you love what you do, it’s not your job, it’s your purpose.”

BASIC Low Income Housing Tax Credit Course

April 13, 2018 – Little Rock, Arkansas (9:30 am – 4:30 pm)

The Housing Compliance Source is conducting the last BASIC Low Income Tax Credit Course of the year.

This one day course is a great way to prepare new and seasoned staff.

We’ll discuss everything from the owner’s application and responsibilities; 8609s; definitions of income; tenant requirements to 8823s. If you need a refresher or have new staff; YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS THIS CLASS. A certificate of completion will be issued for each participant.
